Yet another "incident" has occurred to underscore the current administration's (and their bootlickers) disdain for the US Constitution. Turn Your Back on Bush has some info about a OSU flunky instructing students not to protest Bush's commencement speech or they would be arrested and denied a diploma. He also "encouraged" the students to give Bush a "thunderous" applause.
This type of crap makes me want to barf. According to what the crapheads have been doing lately, any act of protest or dissent can enable the administration to label any person, US citizen or otherwise, an "enemy combatant" or "unlawful combatant" - who will then be arrested, locked up in a military prison incommunicado, and held without rights indefinitely!
Hell, the US PATRIOT Act cleverly makes U.S. citizens who act against U.S. Foreign Policy and/or "other interests" able to be charged and convicted of federal crimes! In other words, if you don't like what the FedGov does (here or overseas), and say or do anything about it, like writing a letter of protest to your congress-critter, or a bureaucrat, (or maybe even vote the bastards out!!!) you are suddenly a criminal!

I think the entire administration should be impeached, and then charged with conspiring to eliminate the Constitution, breaking their oath to uphold the Constitution, and conspiring to overthrown our democratic republic and replace it with a theocratic dictatorship.
