More fender bender stuff

Well, the guy's insurance called me back, took a statement, and arranged to have an estimator look at it tomorrow. Supposedly he's going to make a "determination of liability". A friend from work got some nice pictures, so I have my own, too.

My car's blue book value is only about $2500, so it'll probably be a total. Ugh. So now alongside medical bills (pushing $2000 already this year), I get to save up for a replacement car.

If the totalled value will fix the car, more or less, not necessarily. You can insure it as liability only (no collision) and drive it until it falls apart.
