The Pirate Party has the beginnings of a web site. Their platform so far: fair use, patent reform, privacy and reducing government corruption at the hands of big money.
Unlike fringe parties in Europe, which due to the parlimentary system actually have a real chance of getting into office, "third parties" in the US primarily have an effect by getting one of the two majors to take up its issues as its own. Sometimes, though, when the two majors are just two sides of the same coin, third parties essentially supplant one of the two. This is rare.
Still, they haven't said anything that I don't like.
