It is possible that the person who uploaded the video restricted it. Google has an option in its upload to not allow a video to be viewed in selected countries.

It's still rather chilling, but it isn't *government* censorship. It's probably just someone who is too chickenshit to allow his or her neighbors to see things go boom.

P.S. Yes, I'm back ftom the con... zzzzz

Sorry, but I still have a major problem with Google allowing censorship by country, at least for the U.S.A. My logic on it goes thusly: It is acceptable to limit viewing to a membership or to named individuals, If a video is posted on Google and is allowed to be viewed by a public~~be that in the U.S.A. or any other country~~~then that video has been made public and viewing by our country which has a non-censorship except for by age policy becomes a moot point and is automatically allowed, Google advertises itself as a public information site and by so doing gives up the right to allow persons publishing material on that sight to limit viewing accept to a membership of individuals, not to a whole public and a whole country, such as the U.K. is a public. I also think that Google needs to update their non-viewing blurb to reflect the truth. Not to do so is to pervert that truth and calls into question all of the other information, supposedly true, that appears on Google. Oh, and I did sent Mr. President an email regarding the videos with copies to our local newspaper editor and to a senior editor of a religious publication. * grin * I wonder how they will spin it!

Love you, Ravan Beauty, hugs and all that mush as well as a box of chocolates to soothe the tired savage beasties. Peace~~~Ellen

Distribution rights

Or the person might not own the distribution rights everywhere, so they restricted it to places they do have distribution rights.
