The most recent saga:
1) N is back in the hospital again, this time to have another of her toes removed - she's already lost several on both feet, and Kaider had her stay in bed for months, which encouraged her immobility.
2) Before N went in to the doctor yesterday, D and I had to go over there two mornings in a row (Sun & Mon) to help G get her off the floor. The first time she spilled water in her bed, and thus decided she'd be warmer on the floor. G came home and found her that way - now cold and complaining, of course. Then yesterday she got stuck to her potti chair, blowing the transfer, tipping it over, of course, and ending up on the floor.
3) Roomie M had gone back in to the hospital because of more angina. Her doctor got all pissed off because she "went behind his back" to have the surgery to put in the stand, and all done.
4) They transferred M to Stanford last week, because the quack at El Camino didn't want to do the surgery on her to clear the clot above the stent (she's too fat, it's too risky", waah, waaaah)
5) They did the surgery on M yesterday, and they thought they were going to send her home today. Nope - tomorrow.
