Gee, I only worked 11 hours today... As opposed to 62 last week (M-F). I'm gonna cry all the way to the bank.

The little computer I put together from parts for $525 on Sunday (one of the small case Shuttles) has gotten rave reviews at the office. Too bad they didn't want to use it for NAT at a customer site - yupper management shot it down. I guess they'd rather buy some proprietary crap for too much money. $525, nothing on sale, off the shelf at Frys. 2 hours to assemble from closed box to first boot, with one hand. I'll be bringing it home this weekend... whereupon it's become the fastest box in the house.

Now I sleep...

Re: Outlook not working so message here

So far I have been using aol to send mail because the outlook never seems to work. What do you suggest I get to solve this problem. I hat not being able to just jot off a comment when I get email on one of my non-aol accounts.

Eudora, or Mozilla's mailreader. Both allow you to access multiple POP boxes, IIRC. Mozilla (Netscape) is free, although I don't know how well it works in Windows. Eudora has an adware "sponsored" version for free, or a no ad version for $39.95. (http://www.eudora.com) I rather liked Eudora as a stand-alone mailreader the last time I used it.
