Ironically, it's not the roommates fault - he has no transportation of his own. So if he goes out, miles away, she is his ride, and even though she knows he needs to be back, she doesn't get him home on time.
So he had to get up early this morning and do triage on the pile to get it legal before the pickup came. He gets screwed, I get screwed, she enjoys her little control game.
