Well, it's Friday evening, and neither my mother or my sister has called me to give me an update on Grandma. They know I'm home all day, and they are in the timezone that would be the most problematic to call at the wrong hour (+3 hours)
They haven't told me she's dead, hanging on, or out of the hospital. I doubt she's dead. I'd know it if she was. Mom is probably embarassed at having started to write her off and have her bounce back kicking and screaming. Still, I wish she had the integrity to *at least* drop me an email.
