Keith Olbermann rocks. This is a very nice rant and a lot of it things many of us have been saying for years - even before 9/11. While republicans were obsessed with a stained dress and a blow job, and dragged our entire government into a morass of witch hunting, Bin Laden plotted to bring down the WTC. I still say, the republicans let him do it, willfully, in order to cement their rule of fear and hate.

Misjudged him, certainly. Knew he was going to bring down the towers, not hardly. You know and read the vocal minority of democrats. Many couldn't stand the dem nominee and chose the devil they knew instead. It's all about the money and the power, and getting out the vote. I have asked a few of my more vocal anti-shrub friends who they chose in the recent primary --- they didn't vote or are not registered. I also asked them who they chose in 2004 and guess what? All but one of them didn't vote then either, believing their vote wouldn't count. Well, that's for damn sure if you don't even bother to register and vote!

Your mother is now sleeping at her new place which is Gma's old one. Haven't got the phones switched yet, so use Gma's old one to contact. Got a new cell, cingular, you can call her free if you have same. It is about the only one that works here consistently and even it drops in certain parts of both houses. Will email you the new cell number for her, or just call you so you will have it in your cell. :-))

Knew he was planning an attack on the WTC, absolutely. They had the intelligence reports, they chose to ignore them, because they were provided by the Clinton administration.
