Here's the latest.

N is off of the ventilator. I was a witness to them removing the tube. Even before they pulled the tube, her Heart rate was high, over a hundred, and her respiration was high, about 30. After they pulled the tube the heart rate stayed the same and the resspiration seemed to be averaging around 38 or 39.

I tried some calming techniques, the ":tree" exercise and "om mani padme hum". which seemed to work for a brief time, respiration 20, but then it would go back up.. Almost as if N had a short attention span and had dropped the ball.

She was awake and her eys were open. She seemed hear what was said but the two examples I gave above were the most responsive reactions I saw.

It will be a day or two before she will be able to talk, and then maybe we will know more,

That's all I have for now.

Great. Hopefully she will just happily pass away in her sleep if they don't have her plumbed like a Borg. I doubt they are giving her adequate pain relief.
