My hair, that is. It didn't come out as dark as I wanted, but that's what touch-ups are for. Yes, I had it done by someone, and my hair bleached (bright yellow!) beforehand.
This I must see! I remember that once upon an age ago you couldn't wait for your hair to silver so you 'helped' it along. Ain't playing with color fun?
I am gradually silvering - no grey, it is really silver. And I have discovered that my hair grows with a natural wave. Unbraided it is down to my butt, finally. Maybe someday we can get together and compare locks.
These kinds of experiences make me very glad that my hair gets dyed only professionally, at salons (to hide the ever-increasing amount of grey, alas), and only back to my natural color with occasional highlights ...
