For the last several days my teeth on one side of my mouth have been aching. It's probably a combo of a sinus infection, and one lower tooth having a cavity that has gone bad. I think the lower tooth is loose, but it's hard to tell.

Of course, I can't afford a dentist, or a doctor. I'm unemployed, and I haven't had medical or dental coverage in a year and a half. The last time I saw a dentist was over seven years ago.

In other news, two of the credit cards that I had kept paid (MBNA and JC Penney) "reviewed my credit" since I was finally a month late on them, and sent me fuck you letters - MBNA because I was $15 behind! Kind of makes me wonder why I even tried to keep them paid after the first six months.

I still have to get my car smogged and registered by 1/2/2003. I'm hoping it doesn't want a lot of $$ to be put into it, because I don't have it.

Happy fucking Holidays. I will be going into the new year broke, screwed over, in pain, depressed, and unemployed. I'm so damned tired of this it's not even funny. Every time I think I've hit bottom, *something else* comes along and drags me lower.

Plus, the asshole Bush is going gung ho with his war plans, ordinary people are being categorized as terrorists if they talk about constitutional rights, and the economy is still in the toilet!

Yes, Virginia, 2003 *can* be worse than 2002.

My roomie M went back into the hospital on Friday with blood in her stool. She's on anticoagulants because of her heart condition. Latest word is that she's bleeding into her abdomen, bleeding into her colon, and now has blood in her urine. They can't take her off of the anticoagulants because of the heart problems (she's already had 1 full blown heart attack, and 2 major surgeries on her heart.) Can you say *hosed*?

We knew that after the heart surgeries and heart attack she was living on borrowed time - what with stents and all. Now it looks like someone has turned it over to a collection agency.

Mind you, this will not affect our finances in any way - she hasn't come up with her portion of the rent in nearly ten years. Between her medications and her thoroughly conditioned (by her psycho mother) financial irresponsibility (Ms fast food because she can't stand up long enough to cook...) she has never put rent first.

Now I doubt she'll ever learn.

What is really frightening? M is two years younger than I am. She's just never been as healthy as I am.
