Arggh!

I have got to find work. Yet I've had a sore throat and nasty cough since Sunday, and it isn't getting better.

I've started picking up applications at grocery stores! I'm not suited for that type of thing, though, and I know it.

I keep seeing my resumes disappear into a black hole. I'm about ready to start snail mailing them to companies at random. "Networking" has gotten me zip squat shit. I can't afford to go to networking "happy hours" and buy drinks for people, I can't afford fancy restaurants (even Dennys), and my social circle is mostly unemployed also!!

I need to get over this cold so I can start literally pounding pavement. I got my hair cut this last weekend, so I look acceptable.

I want a job.
