*snuffle*
Well, the people at $JOB forgot about my birthday, even though I mentioned it earlier this week.
*snuffle*
We were supposed to all go out to lunch, to celebrate mine and the two other people's who had their birthdays last weekend. It's now after three, and I'm eating an instant cup of ramen for my lunch.
*snuffle*
I'm feeling unloved. At least my roomie,
datapard, remembered my birthday this morning.
*snuffle*
I hope I can afford to go to Florida next July, for my Grandma's 90th.

Take a huge cake for yourself to work tomorrow, and don't share with anyone except the other two birthday peeps. ;)
And, Happy Birthday!

Birthday Wishes!
If it is any consolation, the therapy gods have also interfered with my desires for Gma's celebration. Instead of salmon stuffed with lobster tomorrow night, we are doing it and her chocolate cake on Friday night when she won't have her cleaning guy and I won't have therapy, social services AND the cleaning guy coming in. Since HE is often as late as 5 and the salmon/lobster pinwheels have to thaw before cooking, Friday will work out perfectly for both of us. We went out last night and I offered to take her out again --- still might -- but she likes the idea of salmon pinwheels, twice baked potato boats, and one of the new garden veggie mixes I found at Food Lion with Chocolate Cake for Dessert. We will say a Hail Ravan! to you as we consume it.
It sucks that the office forgot your birthday. Maybe you can use some of the paper in your gift to make them drool for lunch with you. LOL. I hope you like it and I think you will like the soft stuff even more. It isn't much, "L Lamb"

I hope you like it and I think you will like the soft stuff even more. It isn't much, "L Lamb" <couldn't resist as lambs are so cute and cuddly> but it was picked out with lots of love. BTW, did you know that Boo always hated her nickname and was jealous as a child that you got to be a nice fuzzy cut lamb and she was just a Boo, a ghost and, so she thought, not cute at all.
If and when you talk to her or Nancy's husband, check out that I think Peter has much of your personality. I love it. Evan is as stubborn as you were about potty training and Laura is much like her mother. All of which means your sister is often pulling out her hair and much harried. Peter is rather afraid of the water though, which is NOT like you.
I like the idea of Next year in Florida. YOu will be glad to know our place is not a cool 79 degrees all the time and our electric bill dropped over $100 last month, and it was the hottest it has been in ages.
I will attempt to call you on you cell in a while. I want to give you time to get home first. Love you! Happy Birthday!

Re: Birthday Wishes!
Actually, it took an entire summer of swimming lessons to teach me to float on my face when I was little. After that, I was fine.
