On Monday, April 16, a nutcase killed 33 people in Virginia.
On the same day, 170 people died in Iraq from IEDs and suicide bombers.

On any average day, 35 people in the US die in car crashes where at least 1 operator has a BAC at or over 0.08, and over 100 are killed in car crashes total. (source pdf).
Every day, 3 or more women are killed, with pregnancy being considered an increased risk factor (source).
Both of these happen day in, day out.

I don't see any calls for banning cars, or men, or big national days of mourning for those of our own who are dieing daily in Iraq.
