High availability on a tight budget

I would dearly love to see something on this subject presented at LISA.

Far too many companies don't have redundant name service, data centers and all of that. They think it's too expensive, people aren't paying enough, it's not important enough, blah, blah.

I don't have access to pricing numbers, or I'd try to do the talk myself.
