I hate it when things don't go as planned. I hate it more when other people's dilly-dallying and procrastination means that my "fudge factor" (margin for slippage) gets eaten up by their delays. Even when I allow for other people's slippage, they take more. So I can slip, or redo, or anything in order to make my deadlines, and if I'm late for other people's laziness, I'm still stuck in the hot seat.
