Just a tiny bit of news, but long time no post. I am keeping an eye out and am tracking a few things, but there hasn't been news outside of Pageboy Production projects that we likely wont see for a while, if ever. Sometimes companies get the rights to things and then nothing happens.

Anyway, Harrison Brown has been cast as Connors in Heated Rivalry, a m/m hockey romance that's becoming a TV show.

From his IMDB bio: Prior to his acting career, he was a professional hockey player in the National Women's Hockey League (NWHL) and the first transgender athlete in professional hockey. During his tenure in the NWHL, Harrison was a trailblazer and pioneer for LGBTQ rights. He helped form the first ever transgender policy in professional sports to aid both transmen and transwomen in their participation.

I've read the books (I just read the whole series in about a week and a half) and I am not sure who Connors, the character he's been cast as, is. Google is no help because one of the leads is being played by a man named Connor. I did a keyword search in every book in the series and got no results. This may be a new or renamed character. My theory is that this is a renamed version of Max, a trans man who is a minor character. If the show gets a second season, that will cover the events of The Long Game which is a book Max pops up in. (Note: my theories are always wrong.)

Harris also wrote, directed and acts in a short called Pink Light, which is currently in post-production and seems to be about hockey. Not many details available about it yet. He was also on a few episodes of Nancy Drew, I'll have to figure out who he was as it's been a minute since that show ended.
