Update on Google censorship issue

It is possible that the person who uploaded the video restricted it. Google has an option in its upload to not allow a video to be viewed in selected countries.

It's still rather chilling, but it isn't *government* censorship. It's probably just someone who is too chickenshit to allow his or her neighbors to see things go boom.

Or the person might not own the distribution rights everywhere, so they restricted it to places they do have distribution rights.
