B...b...b...bifocals

I went to have my eyes examined today. Well, my distance vision has improved slightly, but I now require reading/computer correction. Yes, folks, I now have to wear bifocals.

Sigh. Still, it will make reading and computer work easier.

I got bifocals about the same age as you are now. I got the ones called "executive" style where the split goes all the way across. It makes it easier to read things to the right or left of center. Now I take them off to see the computer. That is what the Doc recommended instead of tri-focals or separate computer glasses. If I try to wear my specs and compute, I find I get a "crick" in my neck from looking down my nose. LOLOLOL

NOw, however, I DO need new bifocals to read better. My arms are growing short again.

Genetics. Gotta love it. A warning would've been nice. So when's menopause? I still only have a couple gray hairs... ;)

Don't know when meopause is. I had a histo so got to go through it early and then again about age 50 or so, I think. I have some grey in the front but my long hair in the back is still mostly redish brown streaked with blonde (maybe grey by now?). I just hope that I get silver white like Gma instead of dirty grey blonde like Great Gma did. BTW the bio-father is deceased. Don't know how or when or anything. Just found out in the Alum news. Considering researching name on net to find out. Love ya, Kiddo
