I've been happy to see the Hollaback movement gaining strength - especially the women who are taking cellphone pics of the assholes and posting them online. It's educated quite a few men about how generally women hate this and how threatening it is.

However, one of the first things I learned about San Jose is it's notorious for street harassment :-(
